Ethical Media Architecture and Educational Technology (EMAET) currently operates without submission or publication charges. Authors are not required to make any payment when submitting, reviewing, revising, or publishing an accepted manuscript.

Authors are not required to pay a fee when submitting a manuscript. Initial editorial screening, similarity checking, peer-review administration, and revision processing are provided without charge.
Manuscripts accepted for publication are published without an Article Processing Charge. Authors are not charged for copyediting, layout, online publication, open-access distribution, or standard article production.
EMAET also does not impose additional fees based on the number of authors, institutional affiliation, country of origin, academic rank, citation profile, or manuscript page length.
The journal’s standard publication process includes:
- initial editorial screening;
- similarity screening using Turnitin or an equivalent system;
- double-blind peer-review administration;
- editorial assessment and revision management;
- copyediting and article layout;
- online open-access publication; and
- DOI registration when DOI services have been formally activated.
EMAET welcomes both single-author and collaborative manuscripts. The number of authors does not affect publication fees or editorial decisions. Every listed author must satisfy recognized authorship criteria and make a substantial contribution to the study.
Any future introduction or adjustment of author fees will be announced transparently on the official EMAET website before taking effect. A new fee will not be applied retrospectively to manuscripts submitted before its official effective date.
Authors should not make payments to personal accounts or unofficial contacts. Any legitimate payment policy or instruction must be published through the official journal website and communicated through the journal’s authorized editorial channel.
Financial considerations are entirely separate from peer review and editorial decision-making. Manuscripts are evaluated solely on relevance, originality, methodological quality, ethical compliance, and scholarly contribution.
